Card

The Tangem Pay card is issued by Rain. Rain is a card issuance platform and a Visa Principal Member, approved by Visa to issue cards that operate over the Visa network. In the card terms the issuer is named as Third National, a Rain company. Paera LLC is the program manager and operates Tangem Pay. Rain is not a bank.

In the United States the card is a credit card account with a set credit limit; the terms, interest rate and fees are in the US Card Consumer Terms. Outside the United States the International Card Consumer Terms apply.

USD account

The USD account is provided by Rain Products, Inc. under the Virtual Account User Terms. Paera LLC is not a party to that agreement.

Digital assets and insurance

USDC and other digital assets are not legal tender, are not bank deposits, and are not insured by the FDIC, the SIPC or any government agency. Their value can change and they can lose value. Holding digital assets in a self-custodial wallet means you alone control the keys; Paera cannot recover them.
